Live Music from //

EYE EMMA JEDI // Having already made some huge waves over in Norway, Eye Emma Jedi have now set their sights on our shores. Rarely do bands possess such a flawless capacity for both the appealing and the intricate, as they fold shimmering pop melodies with concise indie-rock mannerisms to produce sonorous anthems. Possessing members from bands such as Dire Wolfe, they have enough talent to congest even the greediest of musical connoisseurs

THE KABEEDIES // Little by little, The Kabeedies are imbuing fun and vivacity back into music. With the recent release of their invigorating album, ‘Soap’, they mix a vibrant selection of genres, from doo-wop to afro-pop, cumulating in a massively entertaining product. This outfit’s allure is in their immediacy, as instead of being rooted in the monotony of patience, they find their feet in the ‘perpetual now’.

CRUSHING BLOWS // A band who sweat entertainment; for you lucky individuals who caught them at Liverpool Music Week last year, you’ll already know how absorbing they are. With dashes of flair and copious amounts of enthusiasm, their intense guitar work and electro samples are matched only by the appetite of their devouring drum patterns.

NINETAILS // If you gather obsessions easily then Ninetails are not the band for you. Once you’ve been captivated by their sauntering guitars, ethereal soundscapes and beguiling melodies, you’ll find it near impossible to pull yourself away.
